I represent the change needed on our school board to prepare students with the skills to succeed in the 21st century. Students need fluency in different languages to take leadership in this global economy. Our diversity is a diamond in the rough. I want our students a cut above the rest.
I am the best candidate to serve on the school board. A proud product of the district’s schools and a reflection of the multicultural community it serves, I speak English, Vietnamese, and Spanish fluently. I have experience learning about different school sites throughout our district while teaching as a substitute in all grades K-12, including special education. My passion for collaboration and building bridges in our increasingly small world is a testament of hope for the future of democracy while we move beyond bad habits of old politics.
I hold firm to my values and ideals. I carry with me the goals and dreams that parents have for their children, as well as the value of education that we all share as neighbors and countrymen. Vote for me with confidence and we will see a better future for our community.
